Introduction Welcome to www.BharatAds.com (“BharatAds” or “Site”), operated by Softwaresathi Solutions LLP, located at No. 518, 2nd Floor, 9th Cross, Chikkalasandra, Bengaluru – 560061. By accessing or using the Site (via web or any electronic device), you agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), which is effective immediately upon login. This AUP forms an integral part of our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Listing Policy. 2. Use of the Platform BharatAds provides an internet-enabled platform to facilitate advertisements and listings of goods and services. BharatAds does not:  Endorse or take ownership of listings or content.  Intervene in transactions between users. We recommend users apply due diligence, caution, and good judgment when engaging with content or other users. 3. User Responsibilities By using BharatAds, you agree to:  Post in appropriate categories.  Provide accurate and lawful information.  Not use the platform for fraudulent, illegal, or misleading purposes. You must not post or upload content that:  Is false, deceptive, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or offensive.  Infringes on intellectual property or other rights.  Promotes illegal activities, discrimination, or harm to minors.  Contains malware, spam, or imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.  Violates applicable laws or BharatAds policies.

4. Account Security As a registered user, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and preventing unauthorized access. The AUP applies to all users, including unregistered visitors. 5. Seller Obligations Sellers must provide:  Full product/service details including pricing, taxes, and applicable legal disclosures.  Contact and grievance officer information.  Country of origin, warranty, and delivery terms.  Return, refund, and exchange policies. All information must be truthful and reflect the actual product or service being offered. 6. Eligibility Use of the Site is restricted to:  Indian citizens aged 18 years or older.  Individuals or entities legally capable of entering contracts under Indian law. If using on behalf of a company or entity, you must have the necessary authority to do so. 7. Reporting Abuse If you identify content that violates our policies or applicable law, report it to: bharatads.com@gmail.com. We reserve the right to remove such content, suspend user accounts, or take appropriate technical and legal action to prevent misuse. 8. Violations and Enforcement If your content violates the AUP or Listing Policy:

 It may be disabled or removed.  You may lose access to your account.  You will be notified and given the opportunity to dispute the action via our Resident Grievance Officer. Court or Government-Directed Content Removal: If instructed by a competent authority or court under Indian law, we will act within:  36 hours to remove access to unlawful content.  72 hours to provide related user information for lawful investigation. 9. Content Ownership and Use  You retain rights to your content but grant BharatAds a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute the content.  This license enables us to operate the platform and may extend to partner sites or mobile platforms. Do not reproduce, distribute, or use content from BharatAds without permission, except your own submissions. 11. Limitation of Liability

Policy Updates ➤ We may update this AUP or the Listing Policy at any time. ➤ This AUP and the Listing Policy are governed by Indian law. ➤ All legal disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru. Job Listings on BharatAds ➤ Job seekers agree that BharatAds is not liable for any payments made to third parties, even verified companies. ➤ Recruiters must comply with job posting rules and acknowledge that fraudulent behavior may lead to account deactivation or legal action. No Guarantee of Business ➤ BharatAds makes no promises regarding lead generation or business results from ads placed on the platform. ➤ Our responsibility is limited to displaying premium ads as agreed. ➤ Advertisers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their content and claims. Advertiser Obligations 1. Advertisers must ensure timely payments and avoid issuing invalid or bounced ⚬ cheques. Legal action may be taken under the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, for non- compliance. 2. Advertisers affirm that: ⚬ o They are legitimate businesses. o They hold rights to any trademarks used. o Their operations comply with applicable laws and have necessary registrations. o All submitted classifieds are accurate and lawful. 3. Advertisers bear full responsibility for the quality of their goods/services. BharatAds is ⚬ not accountable. 4. Advertisers must follow BharatAds policies and grant the platform a worldwide license ⚬ to use associated IP for fulfillment purposes. Intellectual Property Infringement 1. BharatAds is not liable for IP violations caused by user- or third-party-posted content. ⚬ 2. IP owners or authorized agents may report infringements by contacting us at ⚬ bharatads.com@gmail.com. BharatAds only verifies limited information during advertiser registration for Premium and Top Choice services and does not guarantee ongoing accuracy or endorse any advertiser’s offering. ➤ Unused Premium Ads: If premium ad slots go unused during your subscription period, they will expire without refund or rollover. ➤ Premium Ad Priority: Premium ads are ranked above free ads in search and browse results. However, the order of display is governed solely by BharatAds's internal algorithm. Advertisers cannot influence the placement sequence. ➤ Banner Slot Allocation: Banner positions are assigned based on contractual agreements and will be shared among multiple advertisers. Display is rotational and only active after advertiser approval. BharatAds makes no guarantees about impressions or click-throughs. ➤ Verified Leads: A verified lead is a consumer who expresses interest in a service recommended by BharatAds. Any disputes must be reported within 3 days via email or written communication. BharatAds’s resolution is final and binding, and compensation (if any) is at its sole discretion. ➤ Advertiser's Liability: The advertiser accepts full responsibility for any legal claims or liabilities arising from their products or services. In the event of a claim against BharatAds, the advertiser agrees to fully indemnify the platform for any resulting damages or losses. ➤ Licensing & Regulatory Compliance: Advertisers must independently obtain and maintain all relevant licenses and approvals required by government authorities to legally operate. The burden of compliance lies solely with the advertiser. ➤ Prohibited Items: BharatAds does not permit the sale of imported mobile phones or electronics through its platform. If such products are listed or sold, BharatAds disclaims all responsibility, as it functions only as a marketplace.
